Job Description

This role requires expertise in both steel and concrete structures, as well as proficiency with advanced design software and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive project specifications, design reports, and documentation.
- Apply knowledge of international steel and concrete design codes (BS and ASTM) for structural design.
- Utilize both LRFD and ASD design methodologies effectively.
- Design a variety of structural elements, including structural steel (pipe racks, shelters, platforms) and concrete structures (e.g., substation buildings, pits).
- Conduct structural analysis and design for equipment foundations, base plates, and associated connections.
- Perform detailed design reviews and verifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize design software such as Staad Pro and Etabs for advanced structural calculations and modeling.
- BSc. / MSc. in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in detailed engineering within the industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, Smart Plant Review, and MicroStation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in design and review.
