Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in student counselling, education, admissions, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective student interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a student-focused approach to counselling.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office for daily tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with team members, and achieve assigned targets.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on educational and career development opportunities.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to understand their needs.
- Explain relevant programs, courses, and available services to prospective students.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
- Guide students in identifying suitable educational programs and career pathways.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining ethical practices and professional conduct.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead to improve student engagement and maintain service quality.
