Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Supply Chain Executive (Female) in Lahore.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of supply chain management processes and will work to optimize our operations and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain and Import / Export processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement supply chain & Import / Export strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor logistics operations and perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, procurement, and customer service to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
- Implement sustainable supply chain practices to minimize environmental impacts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain, Import or Export Executive or in a similar role with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
