The ideal candidate possesses excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and brings at least three years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.

In this role, the Logistics Coordinator will handle critical aspects such as stock control, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehouse operations. While this position does not involve direct team management, it requires effective collaboration with various internal departments and external partners to optimize inventory movement and maintain operational efficiency. The coordinator must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate records and timely order processing. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage supply chain activities including inventory control, transportation logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Monitor stock levels and implement stock control techniques to maintain optimal inventory.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange transportation and manage freight movements.
• Assist with customs clearance procedures to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Support demand planning activities by providing supply chain data and forecasting information to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and related logistics documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to address logistics issues and provide updates.
• Implement supply chain coordination strategies to optimize delivery schedules and reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices in logistics operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to logistics performance and inventory status.
