We work with leading brands that are in a high-growth phase, like Tesla, Coinbase, Slack, Uber, Xero, and Masterclass. HG is a lean and growth-minded agency working with innovative brands to meet their acquisition needs. Faced with an increasingly global client base, we are looking to expand our footprint globally as we look to expand our coverage and business model.

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to own the end-to-end recruitment of all roles at Hamster Garage. This role requires working at our Lahore Daftarkhwan Downtown office during Central Time working hours (7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time). What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Cultivate long-term talent pools for recurring or critical roles, ensuring we have talent ready to move when hiring needs open up.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates.
• Own various HR projects during slow-hiring periods.
  
  

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or a relevant field.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
