Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic hiring across India and global markets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about identifying top talent, building strong hiring partnerships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in executive search, headhunting, market mapping, stakeholder management, ATS administration, and recruitment process excellence. Experience in hiring for technology and niche skill sets will be a significant advantage
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions across multiple functions.
    • Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract high-quality passive talent.
    • Build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance.
    • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
    • Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.
    • Develop talent insights and sourcing strategies for niche and business-critical positions.
    • Provide market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights to stakeholders.
Global Recruitment
    • Support hiring across multiple geographies and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
    • Coordinate recruitment activities across different time zones while ensuring timely closures.
    • Build and maintain international talent pipelines for future business requirements.
ATS & Recruitment Operations
    • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
    • Monitor recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and hiring metrics including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Join Ratio.
    • Continuously improve recruitment workflows, processes, and service levels to enhance efficiency and quality.
Recruitment Governance & Analytics
    • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, hiring policies, and process compliance.
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.
    • Publish recruitment dashboards and provide hiring insights to business leaders.
    • Drive process improvements, recruitment governance, and ATS data accuracy.
    • Partner with stakeholders on manpower planning, hiring forecasts, and recruitment reporting.
Employer Branding
    • Partner with Marketing and business leaders to strengthen EC-Council's employer brand.
    • Enhance talent attraction through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking initiatives.
    • Represent EC-Council at industry events, career fairs, and talent engagement activities whenever required.
Desired Skills & Experience
    • 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong expertise in corporate hiring.
    • Proven experience in headhunting, executive search, market mapping, and passive talent acquisition.
    • Hands-on experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Exposure to global or international recruitment will be an added advantage.
    • Experience hiring for Technology, Cybersecurity, SaaS, Product, or Education domains is preferred.
    • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Excellent sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and talent communities.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and hiring metrics.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed work environment.
