Our client Grace Ware is looking for a Taxation and Audit in Rawalpindi

Grace Ware is seeking an experienced Taxation and Audit professional. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the tax laws of Pakistan, along with expertise in tax filings, audit planning, and internal stock audit reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with company stakeholders to ensure accurate tax reporting and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP reports evaluation is essential to support effective financial oversight and compliance. The role includes overseeing the preparation and review of tax returns, monitoring tax compliance, and conducting detailed audits to identify potential risks or discrepancies. The candidate will also be responsible for managing regulatory reporting and collaborating with internal teams to improve tax processes. Strong analytical and data analysis skills are vital to interpret complex financial data and guide the team in maintaining high-quality standards. The ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring timely delivery of all tax and audit obligations, is a critical element of this position.

Responsibilities

• Work with the lead Accounts Manager to prepare Tax Filings and ensure Tax Accounts Record Keeping.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal stock audits and evaluate ERP reports to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with regulatory tax requirements and oversee regulatory reporting processes.
• Conduct tax research to stay current with changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to streamline tax compliance management and reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of accounting and tax software tools to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Analyze data to assist in decision-making related to tax planning and financial strategies.
• Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings and audit processes to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Evaluate Internal Stock Reports to ensure accuracy in ERP
