Team Lead Business Operations (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

Our client has been in Software Business since 2012. They are hiring a full-time Team Lead Business Operations in Lahore (Near IBEX, Thokar Niaz Baig). This role requires exceptional, fluent English communication skills and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience managing enterprise software sales operations. You will drive end-to-end performance across our software sales, marketing, customer care, and partner networks.

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends off)
* Experience: Minimum 2.5+ years specifically in enterprise software/SaaS sales operations.
* Language: Must have native-level or highly fluent professional English communication skills (written and spoken).

Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing: Manage B2B enterprise sales pipelines, track high-value deal stages, optimize CRM workflows, and evaluate marketing campaign ROI.
• Partner Operations: Oversee enterprise partner onboarding, manage corporate vendor contracts, and resolve complex ecosystem bottlenecks.
• Customer Operations: Streamline corporate client onboarding, build operational SOPs, and translate customer insights into software product requirements.
• General Management: Lead cross-functional alignment meetings, manage departmental resources, and present data-heavy operational reports to executives.
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory. You must be able to confidently interface with international clients, enterprise stakeholders, and corporate partners.
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales operations. You must deeply understand software procurement cycles, B2B sales funnels, and enterprise SaaS metrics.
• Tools & Analytics: Mastery of modern CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and enterprise project management tools (Jira, Asana).
