- Lead and mentor the solar plant design team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize advanced design software (AutoCAD, PVSyst).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years in solar power plant design, 1+ years in leadership.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Strong project management skills.
