Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and direct our solar power plant design team. You will ensure high standards of efficiency and compliance in our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the solar plant design team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilize advanced design software (AutoCAD, PVSyst).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ years in solar power plant design, 1+ years in leadership.
  • Proficiency in design software.
  • Strong project management skills.
