Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in team management, sales, student counselling, or customer relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage targets, improve team performance, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools for performance tracking.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the student counselling team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Set daily and monthly targets and monitor progress against established performance goals.
  • Guide counsellors in student engagement, timely follow-ups, and enrolment conversions.
  • Maintain professional communication standards and ensure quality student service.
  • Monitor student inquiries, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Train and motivate team members to strengthen their skills and achieve performance targets.
  • Coordinate with management on recruitment, team performance, and operational requirements.
