Our client AdamJee is hiring a Team Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to support improvement.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and address any inter-departmental challenges.
- Prepare reports and documentation to update senior management on team progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
