We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to support our Europe hiring. You will find and engage technical talent mainly through passive sourcing, screen candidates technically, and move them smoothly through the hiring process.

About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to support our Europe hiring. You will find and engage technical talent mainly through passive sourcing, screen candidates technically, and move them smoothly through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates proactively on LinkedIn using advanced search, filters, and Boolean strings
- Contact passive candidates directly with clear, personalized outreach
- Screen candidates for technical fit, and conduct initial technical interviews
- Understand tech stacks, roles, and requirements for European clients
- Coordinate with candidates and clients on interviews, feedback, and offers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and keep records updated
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients in English, in writing and on calls
- 1–2 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience in hiring for Europe
- Very good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Thorough knowledge of LinkedIn filtering, searching, and contacting candidates
- Proven experience in passive hiring through direct outreach
- Good technical knowledge to evaluate candidates and conduct technical interviews (languages, frameworks, roles, and how they fit together)
- Ability to work onsite during the stated hours
- Experience with other sourcing platforms or tools (e.g., GitHub, Boolean/X-ray sourcing tools, ATS, or LinkedIn Recruiter)
