ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong Technical Project and Product Management background. This is a Senior level position requiring the job incumbent to have a strong vision and thorough knowledge of bringing a product or project to life. They should be able to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements along with providing leadership to their team throughout their employee lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Close coordination with all stakeholders—including Account Managers (AMs), SaaS clients, and vendors to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, manage expectations, and deliver desired outcomes.
- Lead product delivery, including requirements discovery, user story development, planning, solution development, and user acceptance, ensuring high-quality releases with focus on Business needs.
- Collaborate with UX, business analysts, engineering, and QA teams to deliver reliable, user-centric solutions; facilitate project reviews, identify business gaps & improvements. Prepare monthly/quarterly progress updates for senior management to communicate achievements, goals, technical & business risks.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors before and after SaaS integrations to ensure smooth collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
- Oversee data integration activities, data validation, cleansing, and reporting to support account managers and client decision-making.
- Ensure SaaS SLA compliance and performance standards by responding to Account Managers (AMs), clients, and vendors queries within defined timelines.
- Lead and Manage application support team to provide level 1 support and follow up with technology team for Level 2 & 3 support.
- Conduct weekly status update meetings with account managers and leadership to align product goals with company priorities, progress, and operational concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management within software development and application support environments.
- Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale web or platform solutions.
- Basic programming experience in Java/Spring Boot or Microsoft .Net framework. Hands-on any of these MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL query and DB programming.
- Understanding of microservices-based applications and cloud-native (AWS) deployments and their monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, risk management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent team management, conflict resolution with core focus on delivering practical solutions, also can work under strict timelines.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve delivery efficiency, monitoring, testing, documentation, and team productivity.
