As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Promote and sell company products or services persuasively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and techniques.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and challenges.
Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of sales experience is acceptable; however, eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable working in an on-site setting.
