Telecom Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecom Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in telecom and network infrastructure, with strong technical knowledge of wireless networking, fiber optics, VoIP systems, and IP networking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in telecom or network engineering
- Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies and frequency management
- Knowledge of fiber optic systems and GPON architecture
- Good command of IP networking fundamentals:
- TCP/IP
- VLANs
- NAT
- DHCP
- Routing
- Experience with VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP
- Hands-on experience with IP telephony and IP PBX systems
- Practical knowledge of networking equipment including:
- MikroTik
- Cisco
- Huawei
- Ubiquiti
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR configuration and troubleshooting
