Next Claud is seeking a motivated Telemarketing professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging potential customers using effective sales scripting, and setting appointments to advance the sales process. You will manage a team of five telemarketing agents, providing guidance and support to meet company goals. The ideal candidate must have excellent fluency in English, at least one year of experience in customer interactions, and a strong understanding of brand knowledge to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five telemarketing agents, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
• Develop and implement effective telemarketing sales scripts tailored to different customer segments and product offerings.
• Generate quality leads by conducting outbound calls, identifying potential customer needs, and qualifying prospects for further sales engagement.
• Set appointments between potential clients and the sales team to facilitate product demonstrations and closing of sales.
• Ensure all telemarketing activities comply fully with relevant legal and ethical guidelines to maintain company reputation and customer trust.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company brands and products to communicate value propositions clearly and answer customer queries confidently.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics, preparing reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
