This position requires managing a team of 20 persons, ensuring strong coordination and motivation among team members. Agents will receive ongoing training and support to enhance their sales techniques. The role demands a proactive approach to reaching new customers and persistence in following up on potential leads. Candidates with at least one year of experience in telesales or a related field will thrive in this fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.

• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
