The Tender Specialist will assist in preparing and submitting tender documents for the company. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow through hands-on training. The position requires working closely with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal information needed to create high-quality proposals that enhance the company’s chances of winning bids also involves supporting senior team members, organizing and coordinating required documentation, and maintaining accurate tender records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, IT or related field.

experience in tendering, bid preparation, or a similar role is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of procurement and bidding processes (public and private sector) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with e-tendering platforms.

Understanding of the industry in which the company operates (e.g. IT sales, etc.).

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse tender documents and identify key requirements and deadlines.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) to gather necessary documentation and inputs.

Help prepare and organize tender files in the required format.

Support in ensuring tenders are submitted on time.

Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and follow up on their progress.

Monitor tender portals and identify new bidding opportunities.

Coordinate with clients or contracting authorities to clarify requirements and resolve queries.

Track post-submission developments and support in contract negotiation if needed.

Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Location

We are hiring Tender Specialist for our Islamabad office. Only candidates based in Islamabad or willing to relocate.
