Territory Sales Manager - Faisalabad

Provides executional territory management to drive assigned sales & distribution team. This position is responsible for volume delivery, range availability, brand visibility, assets' management & sales operations. Reporting directly to the ASM, the TSM plays a vital role in achieving territory targets by managing assigned trade channels. Scope also includes specialized mobile & OOH channels handling, efficient route mapping & product portfolio management.

* Achievement of Territory's volume/value targets while maintaining the portfolio’s availability & visibility plans.

* Create an on-field impact through driving distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, call productivity and drop size.

* Estimate outlets’ potential for placement of company assets.* Responsible for proper induction, tracking and recovery of the assets at all the trade channels.

* Responsible to ensure proper maintenance, placement, display and proper usage of freezers in the market.* Responsible for Freezer & SPD Agreement with retailers as per duly approved format.

* Manage and train Order Bookers and Salesmen assigned in the territory.

* Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stocks, outlets’ range etc.* Handling of different distribution channels like trade, key-accounts, ICAs, Mobile hawking through SPDs and OOH.

* Track and report movements of other products in the category. Monitor competitor’s activity and report to superiors.

* Conduct retail audit and update outlet data regularly.

* To lead field territory sales operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets by delivering on distribution KPIs.

* Cold chain management with the coordination of technical staff.

* Manage distributors fix and market claims and system processes.

* Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential dealers/retailers/Distributors.

* Fulfilment of the requirement related to environmental safety, food safety and occupational health & safety is also the primary responsibility of the position.

The position is in Ice Cream Division (Omore) of FCEPL & is based out of Faisalabad metro town, which is the provincial capital of Punjab and is a highly competitive & complex market. The incumbent serves his assigned territory with direct management of distribution's 10 route teams & 02 supervisors. The cold chain distribution operations and liaising with distributor is his direct responsibility.
