Job Summary:

Rapidev is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Trainee AI Video Designer with an interest in animation, visual storytelling, and AI-powered video-generation technologies. The role involves assisting in developing animated videos, characters, and engaging visual stories, particularly for Hoshayar Kids, an educational initiative focused on creating interactive learning experiences for children. The successful candidate will work with creative and content teams to transform scripts and concepts into engaging digital content while gaining hands-on experience with AI animation tools, character development, and video production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating animated Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and educational content for digital platforms.
• Support the development of animated stories, characters, and short-form video episodes for Hoshayar Kids.
• Convert scripts, concepts, and creative ideas into basic storyboards and visual sequences.
• Assist in designing 2D/3D characters, backgrounds, and visual environments.
• Work on character animations, expressions, movements, and interactions under guidance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to generate and enhance characters, backgrounds, animations, voiceovers, and video content.
• Maintain character consistency and visual continuity across multiple scenes and videos.
• Support lip-syncing, facial expressions, transitions, and basic animation effects.
• Edit and assemble animations with voiceovers, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
• Develop engaging visual content that simplifies educational concepts for children.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI animation and video-generation tools.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to transform concepts and scripts into finished video content.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling, animation styles, and overall content quality.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding of animation, visual storytelling, and video production.
• Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools.
• Basic exposure to AI-powered image and video-generation tools.
• Interest in character development, animation, and educational storytelling.
• Basic understanding of composition, movement, transitions, and visual pacing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to experiment.
• Ability to learn new software and AI tools quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a creative team.
• Candidates must be willing to explore new technologies and develop practical skills in AI-assisted creative production.

Preferred: Candidates with familiarity with Blender, 3D modelling, rigging, character animation, or AI-based video-generation platforms will be preferred. A portfolio, showreel, or samples of academic, personal, or freelance creative projects demonstrating animation, character design, AI-generated content, storyboarding, or digital storytelling will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with strong creative potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
