Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is hiring Trainee Design Engineer. The incumbent will support the design, proposal preparation, installation supervision, and technical execution of High-Efficiency Irrigation Systems (HEIS). The role will provide hands-on exposure to irrigation project design, field operations, technical documentation, and customer coordination while developing practical engineering expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Age: 22–28 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing HEIS projects according to site requirements and approved technical parameters.
- Support the preparation and verification of HEIS technical proposals and designs.
- Assist in supervising projects under installation and monitoring progress for timely completion.
- Conduct field visits to under-installation, commissioned, and existing sites to assess quality and compliance with approved designs.
- Assist in site demarcation, installation of head units, and pipe network layouts as per approved designs.
- Support senior engineers in developing economical and technically viable irrigation system designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, government officials, customers, and field teams for technical support and project execution.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for innovative and differentiated irrigation solutions without compromising quality.
- Support customer and farmer training on the operation and maintenance of HEIS.
- Maintain technical documentation, drawings, project records, and reports.
- Learn and apply industry best practices related to irrigation design, fluid engineering, and HEIS installation.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of Agricultural Engineering, irrigation systems, and fluid engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in field locations.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with technical and field teams.
