Jaffer Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for agriculture graduates with fresh to 6 months of experience to gain valuable field experience in the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities:
Qualification: Bachelor's in Agriculture
Location: Taunsa, Punjab, Pakistan
This is a great entry-level opportunity for agriculture graduates to develop their career in sales and marketing within the agricultural industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Assist in market expansion and demand generation at the farmer level.
- Support field activities, including conducting product demonstrations and farm visits.
- Help in tracking and ensuring product visibility and shelf availability.
- Assist in market surveys and sales reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for planning).
