Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Truck Dispatch & Sales Coordinator in Lahore.

Job Summary:
The Truck Dispatch & Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods through effective communication and coordination. This position involves coordinating with drivers, managing schedules, and supporting sales efforts to optimize delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch trucks for timely deliveries while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide dispatch instructions and resolve any issues.
- Manage and update driver schedules to meet customer demands and optimize routes.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on deliveries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align delivery schedules with sales forecasts and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards for dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance dispatch efficiency.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.
