What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Acquisition
Location: G-87, PIA Housing Society, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based | 5PM to 1AM
Compensation: Market-competitive salary + performance incentives
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Cold call and email US-based owner-operators and carriers to promote our truck dispatching services.
- Generate leads, pitch services, handle objections, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer retention and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects, maintain a sales pipeline, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate load booking and negotiate competitive rates with freight brokers.
- Assist clients with load updates, driver coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Resolve client concerns and dispatch-related issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and dispatch documentation.
- Experience in sales, cold calling, business development, or truck dispatching; US market experience is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and converting leads into paying clients.
- A target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of US trucking operations, freight brokers, and load boards is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
