TSO (Order Booker) - Gulshan town, Karachi

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Order Bookers (Salespersons) to join our team and help expand our footprint across Pakistan. As an Order Booker, you will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, and promoting Maxron Lubricants' products.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and retailers in the assigned area.
• Promote and sell lubricants to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and communicate product benefits effectively.
• Collect market feedback and insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely order placement and delivery coordination with the distribution team.
• Regularly report sales progress and activities to the sales manager.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or order booking (experience in the lubricants industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with the assigned area or city is preferred.
