UI/UX Designer

We're hiring: UI/UX Designer at Devroute

What you'll do

- Design web and mobile apps end to end: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and clickable prototypes

- Run quick discovery with clients: understand users, map journeys, test ideas

- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma

- Hand off clean specs to our developers and review the build

- Occasionally design pitch decks and visuals for our sales team

What we're looking for

- 2 to 3 years designing digital products, with a portfolio of shipped web or mobile work

- Expert in Figma: auto layout, components, variants, prototyping

- Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, accessibility, and iOS/Android/web design guidelines

- Able to explain your design decisions to clients in clear English

- Bonus: usability testing, motion design, basic HTML/CSS knowledge

What you get

- Competitive Salary

- 8 sick + 8 casual leaves a year

- Night shift, aligned with our international clients

- Real influence: you'll be shaping products from the first client call

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)
