UI/UX Designer (Web, Mobile Apps & Industrial Digital Systems)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design modern, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences across enterprise platforms, websites, mobile applications, and industrial systems.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing complex products, understanding business workflows, translating requirements into intuitive interfaces, and creating designs that work for large-scale operations.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to design solutions that are visually strong, functional, and ready for production.

Responsibilities

• Design complete user experiences from research, wireframes, prototypes, to final UI designs.
• Create modern UI designs for Enterprise applications / ERP systems, Industrial dashboards and operational tools, Web platforms, Mobile applications (iOS/Android), Customer-facing websites
• Convert complex business requirements into simple and efficient user flows.
• Create design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct UX research, usability improvements, and design iterations.
• Analyze existing applications and suggest improvements.
• Create responsive designs across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility, and usability standards.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work.
• Experience designing large-scale applications, dashboards, or enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of User flows, Information architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction design, Visual design principles
• Advanced experience with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Understanding of frontend limitations and development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate design decisions clearly.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ERP, manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare, or industrial software.
• Experience designing complex data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience working with .NET, React, React Native, or mobile development teams.
• Experience creating design systems for large applications.
