  • Improve usability, navigation, and information architecture across web journeys
  • Ensure accessibility compliance aligned to WCAG standards
  • Use analytics insights for continuous UX improvements
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI components
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams
  • Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design for web platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Strong understanding of usability, user psychology, and design thinking
  • Experience with analytics-driven design and A/B testing
