Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unity Developer role based in Johar Town. The Unity Developer will design, implement, and optimize gameplay systems and features using Unity and C#, collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers. Daily responsibilities include building and iterating on game mechanics, integrating assets, debugging and profiling performance, and ensuring stable builds across supported devices. The role also involves contributing to level implementation, maintaining clean and scalable code, and participating in code reviews and team discussions to improve workflows and player experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity and C# programming skills, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming best practices.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile Game Development, including optimization for multiple devices and platforms.
• Experience with Level Design, including pacing, balance, and implementation of interactive elements in Unity scenes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and take ownership of assigned features.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and iterative development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for games, an eye for player experience, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
