Position: Collection Officer – Sialkot
Role: Manage customer accounts, ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, and support credit control processes.

Position: Collection Officer – Sialkot
Role: Manage customer accounts, ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, and support credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet assigned DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets for the territory
- Build relationships with customers
- Check and deliver/send invoices to customers
- Collect tax challans from customers and submit to the Accounts Department
- Review ageing and coordinate with finance on discrepancies
- Issue payment receipts to customers
- Ensure timely collection (incentive offered for meeting targets)
- Stop the credit facility for customers with outstanding payments
- Report DCS to the accounts department daily (with Excel file & supporting documents)
- Furnish Daily Visit Reports
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field
- Experience: At least 1+ years as a Collections Officer, preferably in a bank’s collection/recovery department
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, excellent negotiating skills, good written & verbal communication
Location: Sialkot
