The Upwork and Fiver Bidder conducts daily comprehensive market research to identify promising freelance projects aligning with Kloudxel's service offerings. They engage clients through professional and persuasive communication from the initial inquiry through to ongoing discussions, building client trust and clarifying project requirements. The role requires adept use of CRM and lead management tools to streamline workflows and optimize bidding strategies for higher proposal success rates. Continuous evaluation and adaptation to changing platform environments and client expectations are essential to maintain effectiveness and compliance. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong interest in freelance marketplaces who can represent Kloudxel with professionalism and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customized and persuasive proposals that clearly articulate Kloudxel's capabilities tailored to each client's project requirements.
• Conduct daily searches and detailed analysis of project postings on Upwork and Fiverr to identify genuine and suitable leads.
• Initiate and maintain client communications to clarify project scopes, answer queries, and build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Kloudxel's technical teams to interpret client specifications accurately and relay essential project details.
• Maintain a well-organized database to track leads, record communications, and schedule timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and successful client conversions to support overall business growth.
• Stay informed of the latest Upwork and Fiverr platform policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize proposal effectiveness.
• Leverage CRM systems or lead management tools to streamline the bidding and client management process efficiently.
• Continuously analyze and refine bidding strategies to improve proposal success rates while adapting to changing market conditions.
• Represent Kloudxel professionally and positively in all client interactions to uphold the companys reputation.
