Blocship is looking for an Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. This role is all about reading job posts carefully, spotting the ones worth answering, and writing proposals that actually get read.

If you're someone who can tell a real brief from a time-waster and write like a human instead of a template, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

- Written English strong enough to write proposals in, not just read them.

- Enough technical literacy to tell a Flutter project from a WordPress one.

- Some track record on Upwork, or a very good argument for why you don't need one.

- Comfortable working evenings on-site — this role is not remote and the shift ends at 2 AM.

- Self-motivated and able to work without a script or a template library.

Responsibilities:

- Work the feed for briefs that match what we genuinely build, and skip the rest however good the budget looks.

- Write proposals that name the client's problem in the first sentence — no templates, no capability lists.

- Qualify budget, scope and whether the project is buildable before the call, not after.

- Send a short written brief to the founder ahead of every call.

- Track what won and what didn't, honestly.

Most of the shift is reading and rejecting, not writing. We measure what gets read, not what gets sent.
