Upwork Bidder

About This Role.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Upwork Bidder who has hands-on experience managing US-based Upwork accounts and generating business for IT services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, client communication, lead generation, and business development. This is an on-site role based at our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate US-based Upwork accounts for multiple IT service offerings.
• Identify relevant projects and submit winning proposals on Upwork.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into business.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
• Develop effective bidding strategies to improve project conversion rates.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project estimates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track bidding performance, project wins, and revenue generation.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
• Hands-on experience managing US-based Upwork accounts.
• Experience working across multiple IT services and technology domains.
• Proven track record of generating $100,000+ in revenue through Upwork.
• Strong proposal writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of client acquisition and project conversion strategies.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
