User Experience Designer

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design exceptional digital product experiences across mobile, web, and emerging platforms for farmers, channel partners, and field force.
• Create seamless omnichannel customer journeys that connect digital touchpoints with physical interactions in the field.
• Be a part of a talented multi-disciplinary team that combines expertise in Business Design, UX, Product, Rapid Prototyping, Data Science and Data Analytics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of diverse user groups across the agricultural value chain.
• Translate user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive interaction patterns, information architectures, and interface designs.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that bring product concepts to life.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design guidelines that ensure consistency across our product portfolio.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business designers to ship products that delight users and drive business impact.
• Co-facilitate design critiques, user testing sessions, and workshops with users, partners, stakeholders, and colleagues across Asia.

WHO YOU ARE:

Education: Bachelors & UI/UX designer

Experience: 2-4 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio that showcases digital product design work across mobile and web platforms

Competencies:

• Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
• A hands-on designer with strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design.
• Able to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and generate creative solutions to complex user experience challenges.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and understanding how to scale design across products.
• Understanding technical constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Fluent in English and Urdu strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
