Job Description:
Aqovia is searching for an entrepreneurial and commercially agile Venture Consultant to accelerate growth across our incubator ecosystem and strategic partnerships. In this high-impact position, you will work closely with our leadership team to evaluate, spin off, and scale viable technologies born from our development pipelines, including product commercialization angles related to our high-scale EdTech and LMS solutions. You will be responsible for conducting market validation, defining go-to-market strategies, and constructing financial models for new target ventures. Your hybrid background in business strategy and product scaling will help transform raw software innovations into self-sustaining, commercially thriving market entities.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Analyze, structure, and validate scalable business models for technology products developed within Aqovia's central tech pipeline and EdTech portfolio.
-
Perform comprehensive market sizing, competitive landscape mappings, and detailed feasibility studies for budding incubator entities.
-
Formulate robust go-to-market (GTM) frameworks, product-pricing structures, and early-stage revenue models for emerging technology ventures.
-
Assist in shaping product monetization approaches for secondary features derived from our core government LMS framework (e.g., corporate training models).
-
Create data-rich investment decks, strategic venture briefs, and financial business cases for internal and external investment boards.
-
Partner with product managers and engineering leads to align early-stage product roadmaps directly with validated market demands and commercial targets.
-
Guide portfolio ventures through structural milestones, evaluating operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics systematically.
Skills and Experience:
Essential Requirements
-
Proven experience operating within startup accelerators, venture capital firms, corporate incubators, or specialized management consulting outfits.
-
Deep knowledge of SaaS commercial models, technology unit economics, growth marketing frameworks, and digital monetization strategies.
-
Proven experience building comprehensive business cases, product commercialization plans, and five-year financial projection models.
-
Exceptional ability to clearly analyze unstructured market data and synthesize concrete strategic conclusions for venture stakeholders.
-
Professional communication skills are essential. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage business interactions and maintain a professional tone in all commercial correspondence.
Nice to have
-
Direct experience evaluating or commercializing products within the global or regional Educational Technology (EdTech), AI-as-a-Service, or B2B software ecosystems.
-
Strong understanding of the early-stage tech startup funding landscape and fundraising processes within Pakistan and regional emerging markets.
-
Academic foundation in Business, Finance, or a technical Software background paired with an elite business degree.
-
Experience navigating public-private commercial licensing models or enterprise public sector procurement frameworks.
-
Familiarity with modern agile software prototyping, product discovery phases, and minimal viable product (MVP) design logic.
What We Offer
-
Meaningful Impact: Help build and secure high-traffic educational platforms that change lives.
-
Collaborative Culture: A fast-moving, multi-regional team prioritizing teamwork, pairing, and transparent communication.
If you are a visionary problem-solver who excels in dynamic environments and values meaningful impact, we invite you to apply.
