Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads
- Assist customers with plan selection, eligibility, and enrollment
- Guide clients through the application process accurately
- Ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and call protocols
- Perform call verification and documentation
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs / sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service, especially to U.S. clients
- Experience in ACA campaign (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of ACA plans, eligibility, and enrollment process
- Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close effectively
- Confident, professional attitude
- Clear understanding of compliance and call handling standards
