Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for ACA leads
  • Assist customers with plan selection, eligibility, and enrollment
  • Guide clients through the application process accurately
  • Ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and call protocols
  • Perform call verification and documentation
  • Achieve daily and monthly KPIs / sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service, especially to U.S. clients

Requirements

  • Experience in ACA campaign (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of ACA plans, eligibility, and enrollment process
  • Excellent English communication skills (American accent preferred)
  • Ability to handle objections and close effectively
  • Confident, professional attitude
  • Clear understanding of compliance and call handling standards
