Our client Confidential is looking for a Video Editor & Social Media Marketing Specialist in Karachi

Car Junction seeks a highly creative and experienced Video Editor + Social Media Marketing Expert to lead the companys digital content creation and social media growth across diverse international markets, including Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and beyond. This role requires advanced skills in video production and editing, coupled with deep expertise in multiple social media platforms to craft engaging and viral short-form content. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio showcasing superior editing abilities and successful viral campaigns on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.

In this position, the candidate independently manages the full spectrum of social media marketing activities without direct supervisory Responsibilities

for a team. The expert develops and executes monthly content calendars, manages company accounts on various platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X), and applies digital marketing strategies to drive audience engagement, brand visibility, and qualified lead generation. The role demands proficiency with video editing and graphic design software, a solid understanding of social media algorithms, and the skills to optimize video content and paid campaigns for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube Videos, and LinkedIn, ensuring each piece is optimized for viral potential and audience engagement.
  • Create cinematic product videos, motion graphics, animations, and compelling branded content integrating professional transitions, visual effects, subtitles, voiceovers, and sound design elements.
  • Develop advertising creatives for both organic and paid social media campaigns, focusing on conversion rates and audience reach.
  • Manage and grow company social media accounts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X) by planning, scheduling, and executing monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Continuously monitor social media engagement, track community interactions, and implement strategies to boost organic growth and audience participation.
  • Research emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to refine content strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support digital advertising efforts by collaborating on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, developing WhatsApp lead-generation funnels, and generating qualified leads through targeted social media marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness, improve engagement rates, increase reach, and drive conversions, employing data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expert proficiency in industry-standard video editing and design software including CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Photoshop, Canva Pro, and Adobe Animate.
  • Work independently under deadlines and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively convey marketing messages and brand identity across multiple digital channels.
