Our client Qapla Industries is looking for a Video Production Specialist in Lahore

The Videographer is responsible for the entire video production process, from conceptualizing ideas and interpreting scripts to shooting, editing, and finalizing videos that effectively communicate the desired message. This role demands technical expertise in operating video equipment and editing software, ensuring proper lighting and audio quality during shoots, and compressing videos for optimal online presentation. Creativity plays a crucial role in this job, as the Videographer must develop unique and appealing content, especially reels, to attract and engage social media audiences. The candidate must remain up-to-date with the latest media trends and technologies to consistently deliver professional and compelling video content that supports marketing and communication goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that aligns with the companys branding and communication objectives.
• Operate and maintain video recording equipment, ensuring proper lighting setups and clear audio capture for optimal production value.
• Interpret scripts and conceptualize visuals to translate ideas into engaging video stories.
• Edit raw footage using professional video editing tools to produce polished videos with seamless cuts, effects, and transitions.
• Manage video compression and formatting to meet requirements for different distribution channels, including social media platforms.
• Create, assemble, and post short-form video reels specifically designed for social media engagement and brand promotion.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure video output supports campaign goals and messaging strategies.
