Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for a Videographer, Photographer & Video Editor. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, and events. Daily tasks include operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage and images, and assembling raw material into polished videos aligned with brand guidelines. The person in this role will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts, prepare shot lists, and maintain an organized media archive. Responsibilities also include basic sound recording, color correction, and ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots, directing scenes, and managing production workflows.
• Candidates should possess Camera Operation and Camera handling skills, with the ability to work confidently with different camera types and lenses.
• Candidates should possess Lighting and Shooting Video skills, including setting up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots to achieve consistent, professional results.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Ability to translate creative briefs into visual content, with strong attention to detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Islamabad and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in videography, photography, and video editing in a corporate, agency, or media environment is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in media studies, film production, visual arts, or a related field is an advantage.
