Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Operations


Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the operations of our U.S.- based short-term rental clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests while coordinating daily operational tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities


* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

* Manage reservations and booking modifications across OTA platforms.

* Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to resolve operational issues.

* Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

* Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and ensure smooth guest experiences.

* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

* Escalate urgent matters to supervisors when necessary.

* Perform administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, hospitality, or property management is an advantage.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

* Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply if they possess outstanding communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

* Availability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
