Our client Confidential is looking for a Watch Man Cum Helper in Islamabad

We seeks a reliable and diligent Watch Man Cum Helper who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company premises while also providing essential assistance in general labor and maintenance tasks. This role requires a physically fit individual capable of managing security duties such as monitoring the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, conducting patrolling, and protecting company assets. , the candidate will support workers and supervisors by handling daily helper duties, including loading and unloading materials, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks. The ideal applicant has at least five years of relevant experience, demonstrating honesty, responsibility, and discipline. The candidate must be able to work independently following instructions and comply with all safety regulations. While there is no team management involved, the role demands a cooperative and proactive approach to support both security and helper functions effectively within the operational environment of Rutledge Omni Services Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Guard and secure company premises during assigned duty hours to prevent unauthorized access or incidents.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for visitors, workers, and vehicles to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed.
• Conduct regular patrols and thorough security checks around the site to identify and report any risks, suspicious activities, or safety hazards.
• Protect company property, equipment, and materials from theft, damage, or misuse.
• Open and close gates as per company instructions while maintaining visitor and vehicle logs if required.
• Report incidents such as theft, damage, accidents, or suspicious activities promptly to the relevant authorities or supervisors.
• Assist workers and supervisors in their daily operational tasks to improve workflow efficiency and site organization.
• Load, unload, transport, and arrange materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently on site.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite, accommodation areas, or warehouse to promote a safe and organized environment.
• Support basic maintenance work and housekeeping activities, including arranging supplies and tools as needed.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items adhering to safety protocols and instructions.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols strictly to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively using basic communication skills to understand and execute assigned duties.
• Demonstrate reliability, discipline, and a hardworking attitude consistent with the companys operational standards.
