Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Wax Coating Machine to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Prepare, heat, and maintain wax at the required temperature and viscosity levels.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve required coating thickness and quality standards.
• Perform routine quality inspections and ensure coating uniformity.
• Identify and resolve minor machine issues during operation.
• Maintain accurate production records and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to meet production targets.

What We’re Looking For in You:

• Minimum Matric, Intermediate, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience operating Wax Coating Machines in packaging, paper, board, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of wax coating processes, machine settings, and quality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
