Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Assist in performance management and HR administrative tasks.
