Job Summary

The Workforce Administration (WFA) Team Member supports Employee Data Management and Hire-to-Retire operations by executing transactional activities with high accuracy. The role ensures timely processing of employee data and payroll-related transactions while maintaining compliance and SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee data management transactions with high accuracy

• Handle simple to moderately complex payroll-related updates within Hire-to-Retire lifecycle

• Maintain employee records in HR systems ensuring data integrity

• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and upstream/downstream stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements

• Support reporting and documentation activities
