As a WHATSAPP Sales and Customer Support Agent, you play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and driving business growth for Zero Degree Apparels. You will utilize your expertise in WhatsApp Business Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to effectively manage sales processes and customer interactions. Your ability to multitask, solve problems, and apply consultative selling techniques will help you close sales and resolve customer concerns efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can maintain high responsiveness and professionalism in a fast-paced online chat environment, ensuring each customer feels supported throughout their journey with the company.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, providing clear and helpful information.
• Assist customers in placing orders and promote sales through consultative selling techniques.
• Manage and resolve complaints, processing returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Utilize WhatsApp Business Management tools to track and organize customer interactions and sales data.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure accurate follow-ups.
• Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and improve the overall customer support process.
• Provide feedback on common customer issues and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery.
• Maintain active availability during scheduled hours to ensure timely response to customer requests.
• Achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction goals as set by the company.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to assist customers effectively and advise on available options.
