Role Overview:
Our client, a leading multinational organization in the agricultural inputs sector, is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive commercial growth and lead high-performing field teams across an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and deliver volume and revenue targets within the assigned region.
• Lead, coach, and develop field sales teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage distributor and dealer relationships and strengthen market coverage.
• Analyze market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer trends to drive business decisions.
• Ensure execution excellence and operational discipline across the territory.
• Monitor sales performance, channel productivity, and receivables management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and product launches.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, commercial management, or business development roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing field-based teams and channel partners.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
