We seek a meticulous and organized Account & Admin Officer to support one of our esteemed clients with financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage daily accounting tasks and office administration.

We seek a meticulous and organized Account & Admin Officer to support one of our esteemed clients with financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage daily accounting tasks and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and reconciliation.
- Support in monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits.
- Administration:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain filing systems for administrative and financial records.
- Handle other tasks assigned by management to support smooth office operations.
- Education: B.Com or M.Com.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in accounts or administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Candidates residing in or near Johar Town, Lahore.
