Account Executive

muSharp is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at our onsite office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements
• Manage vendor payments and maintain accurate records
• File taxes and manage compliance with FBR, PRA, EOBI, and Provident Fund regulations
• Operate and manage banking software for transactions and reporting
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and support audits
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in payroll, taxation, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with FBR, PRA, EOBI, and Provident Fund processes
• Hands-on experience with banking software and reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
