What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts in the food and beverage industry.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase sales volume within existing client relationships.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s presence within the food & beverage industry.
• Achieve sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling company products to current and potential customers.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to recommend relevant products and services.
• Develop and execute account strategies to maximize sales potential, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Address customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
• 5+ year experience in B2B Sales including field sales experience and in food, beverage or dairy processing/manufacturing industries.
• Functional computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• People management, P&L management experience is a must.
• Experience in large account management.
• Ability to convert a technical need into a commercial solution.
• Understanding of technological processes and F&B Sector knowledge
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize multiple projects with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
