As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting organizational objectives by managing HR strategies and operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, staying compliant with labor laws, and managing performance frameworks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi, requiring close collaboration with various teams to foster a positive workplace environment and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Strong expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
- Experience in Employee Relations and knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in implementing Performance Management systems
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prior experience in the retail, convenience store, or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
